- Introduction
Hello and welcome! Before we begin, it’s important that you read this document, which aims to inform you about our practices regarding the collection and processing of personal data. Our goal is to provide transparency to the data subject about everything that happens with their information within our company. All our data collection is based on the principles of purpose, necessity, transparency, security, prevention, non-discrimination, data quality, free access, and accountability. What is personal data? It’s any information related to a natural person that identifies or could identify them, such as name, phone number, email, ID, CPF, address, and others. Who is the data subject? It’s any individual to whom the data belongs in other words, you! What does the processing of personal data mean? It includes any form of data usage, such as collection, storage, sharing, deletion, and more.
- Acceptance of Terms
Our company collects and stores personal data voluntarily provided by the data subject when they choose to request a service quote. This information is protected within our systems and accessed only by our commercial team, which is committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our internal privacy and confidentiality policies. By proceeding with a service quote request, you automatically agree to the processing of your personal data, acknowledging that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all the provisions outlined in this document. Additionally, we may update this policy at any time. When this happens, we will make the new policy available to you.
- What Data Will Be Processed?
When you request a quote on our website, we collect the following personal data: your name, email, and phone number. This allows us to identify the requester and contact you for additional information to fulfill your request. Our company does not sell, rent, share, or make any submitted data available to third parties for financial gain or advantage. Data will only be shared to comply with legal obligations, court decisions, or when necessary for processing, such as cloud storage or internal servers. We also suggest submitting your project so we can analyze it and provide the most comprehensive information about our services and the requested quote. However, such documents may contain personal data, and upon receiving them, they will only be used to generate the requested service estimates. These quotes and projects may remain archived in our database. If services are contracted, the personal data contained in the project may also be processed. We guarantee the confidentiality of your project, which will only be accessed by authorized employees. Files and products generated will remain the exclusive property of the client. Please ensure the project complies with technical drawing standards before submission.
- Why Do We Collect Your Data?
The data listed above is processed to facilitate the quote process for our services. According to the LGPD, personal data may only be processed for legitimate, specific, and explicit purposes. We collect your data to:
– Name: Identify you in our processes.
– Email and phone: Contact you if necessary.
– Address: Calculate delivery times and shipping costs, if applicable.
- Data Sharing
We share personal data with our website operators to enable contact with you and deliver our best services. Without this sharing, it would be impossible to provide the requested service. However, we guarantee that our procedures adhere to the principles of purpose, necessity, adequacy, and transparency, as outlined in the LGPD.
Additionally, your data will be digitally stored through our email provider and internal server. By using our services, you expressly consent to the storage of your data. In the event of a data breach, whether from UNIMAGNA’s servers or third-party servers, we will notify you as quickly as possible and provide guidance on restoring data security.
Your data will remain stored until the quote is sent and approved by you. If our services are contracted, your data will be retained to execute the agreement. If you do not contract our services and prefer not to have your data stored, please inform us at vendas@unimagna.com.br.
We may share your data with authorities or entities under the following circumstances:
- As required by law or competent authority.
- In compliance with judicial or administrative orders.
- To facilitate service execution, if the quote is approved.
- Your Rights
The LGPD grants several rights regarding data processing, including the ability to:
1. Confirm whether we process your data.
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
- Request data deletion. However, deletion prior to submitting a quote prevents the quote process, and deletion after the quote requires new data collection for future requests.
- Request data portability (transfer to third parties).
- Inquire about data sharing.
- Revoke consent for data processing, acknowledging that this may prevent the requested quote process.
- Object to data processing for a specific purpose.
We reserve the right to maintain confidentiality of certain information as required by applicable laws to protect trade secrets.
- Review Your Data Before Submission!
It is essential to review your data before submitting it through our website. Incorrect phone numbers, emails, or addresses may prevent successful contact or delivery. Also, ensure technical drawings comply with standards, as illegible or ambiguous submissions may affect the final product.
- Data for Job Applications
The terms outlined here also apply to personal data collected for job applications in recruitment processes.
